Tyson Foods, Inc.initiated a project to enhance internal team engagement and job satisfaction through the corporate intranet social platform. This endeavor aimed to boost employee happiness by introducing Snackable Facts - weekly graphics featuring fun and informative tidbits related to various topics relevant to Tyson Foods, team members, and current cultural topics.

The Snackable Facts initiative witnessed a gradual but substantial increase in team member engagement. After an initial slow start, two months post-launch saw a remarkable 20-fold rise in engagement. The popularity of the graphics soared, earning positive reception from upper management. Encouraged by this success, there was a decision to extend the reach of these graphics to external-facing social platforms. Relevant and engaging graphics were subsequently shared on Facebook and Instagram, encouraging increased interaction beyond the organization.
