Operating within a minimal budget, a freelance photographer was brought on during the scouting process. The chosen concept featured a runner mid-stride on the marathon path with the original Emma St. building as the backdrop. Although multiple angles were captured, none singularly embodied the desired look and feel. Combining elements from different images and enhancing them with the warm hues of a sunrise, reflective of the runners’ early morning endeavors, resulted in the final composite.
The ad campaign resonated beautifully with internal team members and the community, generating excitement for the impending marathon. The simplicity and inspiring imagery captivated audiences, contributing to the positive reception of the campaign.
